Berry Delicious Smoothie

BERRY DELICIOUS SMOOTHIE

This recipe is a yummy and easy way to enjoy seasonal berries and local dairy products!
This is a family summer recipe for fresh berries and a winter recipe for dairy.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen (or fresh) mixed berries
  • 1 cup strawberry flavored yogurt
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup milk

Method

In the container of a blender, combine the mixed berries, strawberry yogurt, banana, and milk.

Cover, and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses and serve.
